How to Order

All items on our shop can be purchased directly online. Once your order is placed, our team will verify stock and contact you for payment.

  • Payment: All transactions are Strictly COD (Cash on Delivery/Payment before dispatch) unless a prior credit application has been approved.
  • Delivery: We offer nationwide shipping for all new and refurbished components.

Service Exchange Program

Look for part numbers ending in 'P'. These are specialized components sold on a Service Exchange basis to keep your costs down and reduce waste.

  1. Place your order for the 'P' suffix part online.
  2. Ship your old, original unit (the 'core') to our workshop in Cape Town.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your core, we will dispatch your professionally refurbished replacement immediately.

Warranty & Returns

  • Polyurethane Parts: Carry a 3-month replacement/remanufacture warranty (Parts only; excludes labor/consequential damage). Proof of professional installation is required.
  • Ball Joints: Please note that NO guarantee or warranty is provided on new or refurbished ball joints.
