Terms & Conditions

1. Governing Law

All transactions and agreements with PolyParts are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

2. Payment & Credit Terms

• Standard Terms: All sales are strictly Cash on Delivery (COD) or Payment in Advance (PIA).
• Credit Accounts: For approved credit applications, terms are strictly Net 14 days from statement date.
• Interest: Overdue accounts will accrue interest at the maximum legal rate of 2% per month (24% per annum).

3. Shipping & Inspection

• The buyer must inspect all goods upon delivery. Any defects or shortages must be reported in writing within five (5) business days.
• All costs associated with returning goods for warranty assessment are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Warranty Policy

• Polyurethane Parts: Manufactured parts carry a 3-month replacement/remanufacture warranty. This is a "PARTS ONLY" warranty and excludes labor costs or consequential damages.
• Installation: Warranty claims are only valid if accompanied by proof of professional installation.
• Ball Joints: NO GUARANTEE and NO WARRANTY are provided on new or refurbished ball joints under any circumstances.

5. Service Exchange (Core Charges)

For Service Exchange items, the buyer must return an acceptable 'core' unit. Failure to return a core within 14 days may result in a core charge being billed to the account.
